IMPORTANT CHANGES
Dear Valued Introducer,
Firstly, I would like to thank you for all your continued support –
it is very much appreciated.
I am writing to let you know that we have now made some radical changes to our process, all designed to slash the time it takes to generate mortgage offers. These changes are necessary for all
concerned in current market conditions.
I am pleased to say that these plans have so far received strong
support from Networks, Lenders and also some of our larger
introducing Brokers, but all on the express condition that they work!
I am sure you will agree that there is no single factor more
important in current conditions than ‘speed to offer’. There is
nothing more frustrating for you and your clients than going all the
way down the application process, only to find that the rate or
scheme has been pulled by the lender at the last moment and with
no notice.
The following changes will ensure that Enterprise becomes, by far,
the fastest way to achieve an offer, and therefore secure rates,
anywhere in today's market.
As you may know we have invested millions of pounds into
technologies which are designed to make your life as easy as
possible in the non-conforming market. We now have
market-leading technology with EDGEv2, which gives you on-line, pinpoint accurate sourcing, KFI generation, on-line DIPs, regulatory safety, on-line applications and real-time case-tracking. The system
has been a massive success and now has close to 10,000 registered brokers across the UK; it is now used to place 100% of the new enquiries we receive.
In current conditions, we need to ensure that you use EDGEv2, and
Case-Tracking to your advantage, so that offers can be achieved
for your clients more rapidly than ever before.
You will by now have started to receive a new email every night, containing a detailed pipeline report, showing you the exact, up-to-date progress of every single case in your pipeline. You can
use this report in conjunction with our newly enhanced, on-line
case-tracking facility available in EDGEv2, so that you and your administrators are always kept informed of exactly how each case is progressing, without the need to contact our Underwriters by
phone.
In addition, and with your consent, our Underwriters will now be proactively calling your clients, to chase any outstanding
requirements needed to progress cases to offer. Our Underwriters
will now also be contacting you by phone, with any milestone
updates and as soon as anything is required from you, to get the
case to offer.
If you need to update your Underwriter about anything regarding a
case, you can email: underwriters@edgev2.co.uk quoting the client name and case number. This facility is also available from within
the daily email updates and our case-tracking system.
We firmly believe that these changes will literally slash offer
turnaround times, but success will rely on a number of key factors.
Firstly, and most importantly, we will need your full understanding
and support of these changes. In return, we promise to keep you
very regularly updated verbally, and via case-tracking and via daily emails. We will then get you offers, faster than could be achieved anywhere else.
If you ever need to speak to someone, your BDM is of course still available, who continues to have direct access to the Underwriters, when required.
We appreciate that these adjustments to our service will take some
time to get used to, for both of us, but Enterprise must once again
lead from the front and focus on what must now be the single most important factor for all of us in today’s market – ‘speed to offer’.
The proof will be in the eating of course, and from Tuesday 13th
May, you will start to get calls from your Underwriter, the daily
emails will keep you fully informed, our BDMs will be on standby to
help you with any technology queries, as is our EDGE Helpdesk, and
most importantly of all, your offers will start to come out much,
much faster!
Thank you once again for your fantastic support in the past, and
also for the future!
Below are some key bullets about the changes for you to note
Kind regards,
Michael Clapper
